Bespoke pork boxes
We put together bespoke meat boxes to order, so that you can choose and enjoy all of your favourite things.
We have lots in stock: Chops, Boned shoulder & leg joints, Fillet, Pork belly, Bacon, Sausages, Hocks and Pigs cheeks.
Sausages: Pure meat sausages don’t contain any rusk and are naturally gluten free. Made in hogs casings to our own recipes. Choose from: Traditional plain; Sage & thyme, Honey & mustard, Caramelised red onion and Silly chilli!
Bacon: Our bacon is quite special! Dry cured with sea salt and a little brown sugar, organic juniper berries, bay leaves and freshly ground black pepper. After curing the bacon is further air dried for another three days. Moch Coch offer shoulder bacon, back bacon, middle bacon all thick slice, and belly bacon thinly sliced.

All the butchery is done here on our small farm, and your boxes are put together with care – if we don’t already have something in stock we will cut it to your portion sizes, helping to reduce waste together.
Welsh Black Mountain Lamb
Succulent lamb boxes
Welsh Black Mountain are a small breed, packed with flavour. Raised 100% on grass they are free from antibiotics and routine vaccinations. In fact they are a bit wild! A hardy breed, very suited to our steep hills.
Lambs enjoy foraging on bramble leaves, hazel and hawthorn leaves, thistle flowers and a verity of wild grasses and plants in our very rich sward.
Lambs at Easter time are 1 year old.
Hogget in the Autumn is just a bit older, at 1.5 years and will be a little larger.
Mutton is available by request is over 3 years.
From the farm gate...
Available by phone appointment you can collect your order from the farm gate, and possibly fit in a piglet scratch too!
This is of benefit if you live near by and would like to simply pick up some sausages or a joint for a special occasion.

We only use plastic free, certified home compostable pouches that are made from plant fibres to vacuum pack your meat, and sustainable wool cool boxes to deliver.
UK wide next day delivery in wool insulated boxes.
